"their" price is $799 assembled, our price is $599 assembled, save $200!   these modifications/upgrades are highly recommended:   1 - install our "mute circuit" or our "HV delay" to prevent turn-on spikes ($40)   2 - replace the cheap volume control with our ALPS "blue velvet" volume control ($25)        or a 24 step attenuator ($45).   3 - replace the cheap selector switch and wire it to the inputs directly        with twisted pairs (our selector switch and twisted pairs kit is $10)   4 - upgrade the output coupling capacitors (we have SoniCaps for $24 pair)   5 - upgrade the power supply capacitors (kit with 9 pairs of upgraded caps $26)       (50% more capacitance using lo-ESR caps and polypropylene bypass caps)
